pretty name

So I was thinking just now. Cove would be a really pretty name for a child. Girl or boy.

Ummm... Hello?

Wow. It's been about another month? WHAT IS UP with me? I love Lucky Charms. Yum. Anyway, I believe it's about time to update this old thing, and not because people have been nagging me, but because I feel the need to. It is almost Christmas anyway.

Not much has happened. Finals start for me on Monday and Tuesday, and then I'll be home again for a month. My new schedule is pretty decent. I don't have any classes on Fridays and I don't start classes until 12:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Pretty sweet if I say so myself. I do like my major. Journalism is interesting and everyone in my school seems to be pretty outgoing and debatable. I just put up my Christmas tree which is huge. It barely fits in my living room. I think if Al Gore saw it he would be proud because he would be like "YES, A HUGE TREE... GLOBAL WARMING WILL DECEASE!"

So what have I been up to? I've been watching "The Duel", "Beauty and the Geek", "The Real World". AND THE OCCCCCCC. I LOVEEEEEEEE THIS SEASON. Everything is turning out perfectly right, especially without Marissa. She's not there complicating things anymore. It's great. I can't wait to see what will happen!

I've also been taking some pictures of Sean for his senior portraits. I think they've turned out really good.

Here are a few:

Also, I had to spend $160 at the Disney Store in Huntington because we had $160 reward dollars that we cashed out for our trip, but we didn't get to spend it when we went to Disney World because we had to come right back. So I bought a lot of stuff. Including the new PIRATES movie! LOVE IT.

Anyway. I've updated. Yay.

WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT?! I'M STILL HERE!!!!!!!!

Look, sorry about the lack of posting. I just never got around to it? I thought though, maybe I can make my "re-appearance" be SO HUGE that the WHOLE WORLD fell in love with me again. ...So the best I came up with was either a birthday list or pretty house or... DUH DUH DUHHHHH Disney Wedding pictures. Because I just LOVEEE Disney Weddings. So, let's incorporate everything.

My birthday list:

Ok, well, that concluding my Birthday list. (Note: Any of these that I do not recieved will be placed on the future Christmas list)

Pretty Houses:

TOO MANY...

Now to my favorite!

Anyway, I'm gonna go play my Sims because I had to uninstall Glamour Life and I lost ALLLLLLLLLL MY SIMS AND THEY WERE OLD AND THE KIDS WERE ALMOST DONE WITH COLLEGE :(

Plus I have to study for Econ and I'm like the only person on campus not going to see Matthew McConaghey tonight at the football, but I'm really tired anyway. Plus Project Runway and South Park come on tonight.

Well, hope you all enjoy my return!

spaghetti dinner

My baby surprised me today! He made me dinner! He made spaghetti and salads ALL BY HIMSELF! I was super surprised and really really really impressed! And another thing, it is definitely the BEST spaghetti I've ever had! HONESTLY. Everyone else's spaghetti is really chunky and weird things. It was perfect. And he even set the table! It was really impressive and delicious.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

After we ate our yummy dinner, we made a chocolate chip pizza! Haha, it's actually amusing. While we were mixing our ingredients we started smelling something bad. Then Sean realized he had accidentally turned on the oven with a lot of pans and cookie sheets! Obviously he had to turn on his overhead fan and open doors. Thankfully his mom was asleep because it smelled really bad. After the stuff in the oven cooled down, we put the pizza in the oven and started on the dishes. The pizza came out and it was really good.

I think everyone liked it. Then we finished watching Super Size Me and Cats Don't Dance. I'm really glad that he cooked me dinner and we had a really fun time. It was great. It really was.

fav sunglasses

MY FAVORITE SUNGLASSES BROKEEEEEEEEE. Why is it that I buy an awesome pair of sunglasses and they don't even last 2 MONTHS. Like ever? Exhibit A. Awesome white, retro pair from Gabes. Fate: Rolled on. Exhibit B. Pair that actually fit without being crooked. Fate: Still here, but hard to find when I want them. Exhibit C. FAVORITE PAIR FROM NY&C, huge, sexy, dark, UNcrooked. Fate: Stepped on, tried to fix.

You know, superglue may have to do. I just won't try to close them, right?

Ugh!

Well, I'm going to read like 40 more pages of Angels and Demons, and then get some sleep. My Seany comes home tomorrow! WOOOO. (Maybe he brought me new sunglasses!!!!) ;)

EDIT: OMG, LOOK!!! THERE ARE MY FAVS! ------------>

So the past few days I have been absolutely obsessed with Disney World. I'm honestly going to plan a trip for me and whoever in a few years. Especially since when we went last year, I had to come home after my first day there. I really really really want to go. Honestly, like RIGHT NOW.

Hello Expedition Everest Ride. I will conquer you.

When Daddy Did That to Mommy He Was Half-Kidding, Honey

Daughter, holding crab: Oh, daddy, it's so cute. Can I keep it?
Father: No, honey, it's too small.
Daughter: No, daddy, I want it for a pet.
Father: It has to live in the ocean, honey. We have to let it go.
Daughter: But, daddy, I love it. Can't I keep it?
Father: No, baby.
Daughter: Daddy?
Father: Yes, honey?
Daughter: Can I step on it?

I guess I'll just take my time :). Oy, anyway, it's like 2:15, and I still gots ta read and podcast! Oh yea, my new obsession is PHOTOSHOP. Anyone thinking Photography major?

Project Runway

Ok, so my favorite reality show is Project Runway. I mean, I LOVEEEEEEEEE IT. It's grand. Last season, my favorite designer was a tie between Nick and Santino. Nick was super sweet and he designed really great, and Santino was loud and obnoxious but his designs were really great! On Season One, my favorite was Jay. He's definitely like Santino but with more of a potty mouth. Well, this season I'm thinking that my favorites are Kayne and Robert. I really don't dislike anyone right now. I mean, Keith is annoying, but he's not bad.

Tonight is the first time someone has been kicked off this show. I'm like WONDERING who it is. They've broken a rule of some sort and Kayne, Robert and Michael report them. If it's a girl, I'm hoping it's Angela because she said that she couldn't sketch, but in this episode she sketches. Wtf. And if it's a guy I'm hoping it's either Keith, he's rude and supposedly he copied sketches. Or Vincent, because he's getting annoying with all the hat crap.

Soooo excited. So we have like.... about 7 hours until it airs! WOOOOOT!

Church Painting

Last Friday and Saturday, Sean had volunteers from his family, his troop, and friends come out and help him with his Eagle Scout Project. We all pitched in by cleaning and preparing his community church where his dad lives. We used brooms to get the paint chips off the wooden parts, and a power washer to get dirt off of the cement blocks. Basically we were easily covered in paint chips. As you can tell:

Sean's dad, John and Scoutmaster, Charles.

Then some more volunteers came out Saturday morning and helped re-paint the very white church. The church really needed a fresh coat. It definitely looks a lot better. It was scary though because people just kept going through paint and needing more. Sean and I got a little worried that we would need more paint, but in the end we had plenty paint left over.

All in all, the church looks AMAZING! So much better. There was mildew and mold on the sides near the ground and you can't even tell where the dirt was. It looks brand new! Sean made a really good choice, and he's really happy that his project is over with!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Definitely much better.

"flowers, just because it's saturday"

"flowers, just because it's saturday"

Such a sweetheart.

Sean has been gone for basically a whole week, and today was the day that he got back. I was sitting out on my porch, and he walks up with a bouquet of flowers and a bag of Kissables candy. Yesterday, (7.14) was our 1 year and 7 months. Aww, he's so super sweet.

I was so happy to see him! We talked about our weeks, he told me stories about his campout. We watched the beginning of Syriana, then we went out to eat, and walked around a tiny festival that popped up out of the blue behind my house. They had a lazor show around 11 PM, and Sean's dad and brother met us to watch it. It was really fun to see everyone again. His dad is always full of energy, definitley fun to be around. I'm really glad I got to see Sean today. It was so much fun, and it was so sweet of him.

kingdom hearts 2

I finally beat Kingdom Hearts 2. It's bitter sweet for me. I'd like for it to be continous forever, but then could you ever brag that you beat it? I'm a geek, I know, but I love Sora and Kairi and Donald and Goofy, and well, I guess Riku. He turned out decent in this one. Oh yea, and Roxas. I cried during the ending scene. It was a sad one.

Oh and sorry about all the you tube vids, but Sean discovered videos of the Ashlee Simpson concert that we were at in Myrtle Beach. So it's awesome too.

Myrtle Sexy Beach, 2006

Welcome to my Myrtle "Sexy" Beach trip of 2006.

We had a wonderful time with a few (ok quite a few) annoying happenings. Sean and I had a lot of fun, especially when we went to places by ourselves. It was a super great trip and I'm really glad that Sean got to come with me. Trent brought his friend Levi who was actually the best pick out of his friends because Levi actually talked to Sean and I a lot.

Anyway, let's review my week.

Friday I packed up all my clothes and everything and then went to get Sean's luggage. Went to bed around 1 AM. Woke up at 4 AM and waited for Sean to get here. We were off by 5:45 AM (pit stop at Pasco's, free food and drinks). We didn't really stop anywhere on the way down, just a few rest areas. We wanted to get there ASAP. We got there around 5:15 PM.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Our room wasn't the shiznat. We stayed in a nice condo, but our room was like... 70's ew. Sean and I changed into our swimsuits, went to the ocean and Sean actually got me in the water! I'm terrified of the ocean, so this was actually a super high accomplishment. Then we walked back to our room and got in the pool and hot tub. Our condo had 4 pools, 2 huge hot tubs, and an indoor pool. Saturday is the night to go to WalMart. So we ate our Domino's Pizza, and Sean, my mom, my dad, and I went to WalMart which is the busiest WalMart in the history of WalMarts. We had to wait in line FOR A BUGGY. We had to shimmy down aisles just to get one thing. There was NO chocolate milk, and only one orange juice left! We had fun though. I've been through that before, but Sean hasn't. The weird thing is, we went to WalMart at 11AM!!!! And it was still that busy! We finally had all our groceries, but we had to wait in a checkout line forever. We went back to our room, watched Trent and Levi play Halo 2, and then we went to bed.

------------------------------------------
Sunday

On Sunday, Sean and I woke up and headed our butts to the beach. We lathered on sunscreen but it didn't seem to help. We both got burnt.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

We boogie boarded awhile and relaxed under the umbrella. Sean and I collected sea shells, and he made a seat for me in the sand! After being on the beach all day, we headed up to the pool to cool off for a bit. Then we went in the crazy room and got ready to go out to eat. While everyone was getting ready, Sean and I walked to the tiny little beach stores right next to our condo and we got ice cream. We were planning to eat at Fazoli's but we ended up eating at Hooter's.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Hooter's turned out to be really good. All of us shared their hot wings, and we got Derek a Hooter's shirt. After we ate, we went to Barefoot Landing. I like Barefoot Landing, but no one else likes it. After we stayed there for an hour, my dad, Trent, Levi, Sean and I went to play putt putt at Lost Treasure Golf. That's my favorite putt putt course, you get to ride a train around the course before you play. After playing 18 holes, we "had" to go to a beach store to get Trent a new boogie board. However, the ones at the beach stores weren't good enough so we had to go back to WalMart to get him one. Even though they were exactly the same. Then we headed home, watched Trent and Levi play Halo 2, and then we went to bed.

------------------------------------------
Monday

On Monday, Sean and I woke up and got ready for the beach. We swam in the Ocean again, got a little more burnt. Went to the pools again. We swam in each pool. My favorite was the one that was in a different section of the condo, and not very many people swam in it. It was quiet and more shady. Then we made our way to the room and got ready to eat at Preston's, a seafood buffet.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

We actually didn't have to wait to long to get in. When we go to Myrtle Beach, we always go here, but it's not as good as it used to be. I wish we would have went somewhere else with better seafood. After we ate at Preston's we went to the Mrytle Beach Pavilion, which is an amusement park right along the beach and boardwalk. As we were going it looked like rain, but it didn't rain. My favorite ride at the Pavilion is The Rainbow which goes all the way in the air and you can see the Ocean. So Sean and I dart over to get in line and as soon as we get on the ride and up in the air it poursssssss the rain down. We were soaked. Completely. We walked around a bit more and then rode the roller coaster they had which totally sucked. It hurt and it sounded like it was going to break. I also played this ducky game, and I won a fishy named Milo. I was really happy to go to the Pavilion because they're tearing it down after this season :(. After we left the Pavilion, we walked along the boardwalk and went to the arcade, then we went back to the room, watched Trent and Levi play Halo 2 and then went to sleep.

------------------------------------------
Tuesday

On Tuesday, Sean and I were completely red and it hurt so we didn't want to get in the sun too much. We woke up to a storm so we decided to go to the outlets that were down the street from us. Sean and I bought some matching Puma shirts. Then we went back to the room and walked to the indoor pool. However, the indoor pool was on Shipwatch Pointe 2 and we were staying in Shipwatch Pointe 1, but they're basically the same, just a street over. Anyway, we walked to the indoor pool and it had a sign that said "Indoor Pool For SP2 guests only" and you needed a key to get in. Some guy let us in anyway. The water tasted like salt water really bad, so we swam for a bit then went back to the room to get ready for the ASHLEE SIMPSON CONCERT! WOOOOOOOO.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Sean and I wore our matching Puma shirts. We made call ahead seating for the House of Blues because if you eat at the restaurant you get to "Pass The Line". We called ahead and thought that we'd get right in to eat, but we STILL had to wait 20 minutes. Then it took our waitress 10 minutes to wait on us. Sean and I both got hamburgers. Mine was kinda burnt but it was ok. It only took us 20 minutes to eat, so we just went straight to the line. Even though we were in "Pass The Line" we still had to wait in line for 30 minutes for the doors to open. And the real line went clear around the parking lot. It was insane. We had to stand the entire time, but we were on the balcony right next the stage. Ashley Parker Angel opened and he was kinda rude and he didn't even talk. Then Ashlee Simpson came on. It was hot. She sang like all of her songs. She even changed into a french maid outfit for LaLa. I loved it! Security was really tight so I couldn't take my camera in, but I enjoyed it more. After the concert we went home, watched Trent and Levi play Halo 2 and then went to sleep.

------------------------------------------
Wednesday

On Wednesday, Sean and I finally went to the beach again. We stayed at the beach for a good while because my parents, Trent and Levi went to see their friends at the Baywatch Resort, which left us with my grandmother in the room. So we bascially stayed at the beach and pool until my I called my mom to see when they were leaving so that Sean and I could get ready. While we were at the beach, we walked the short distance to the nearest pier.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

It was really hot out so it felt good when we walked into the pier shopping store with air conditioning. We walked all the way out to the very end hoping to see something, but we didn't even see one jellyfish! LAME. We walked back up to the pools to cool off a bit and then we headed up to the room to get ready. When we were all ready we went to Fazoli's to eat. It was alright. And then we went to the Grand Prix to race Go Karts. It was really fun. Sean drove while I rode in the passenger seat. It was scary but it was really fun.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

These two snotty girls were riding in one and on their last lap they wrecked into a street light post thing. It was pretty bad. They shut down the track so we went to go ride a different one. I got the pink one and these guys kept hitting my car!!! After we did that, we went back to the room. Sean and I took a walk to the beach stores by our condo so that we could mail out some more postcards and we took some cute night pictures. Then we went back to the room because scary people were in the parking lot. We watched Trent and Levi play Halo 2, then went to bed.

------------------------------------------
Thursday

On Thursday, we slept in a bit and then Sean and I got ready and headed down to the ocean once again being left with my grandmother in the room. We swam around in the ocean and in the pools, collected seashells, and then went to the room to get ready. Sean and I were going to the Ultimate California Pizza restaurant while everyone else went to Chic-Fil-A.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

We got a really superb pizza. Mushrooms, Italian Sausage, and Shrimp with Feta Cheese. It was the best place we had eaten all week! Plus, what made it better was that it was outside. It was a really good environment. It was cute too because we got to keep our cups. Definitely the best pizza I've ever had. After we ate, we went to Cold Stone Creamery and got ice cream. Sean got Cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker crust and a brownie mixed in it, and I got cake batter ice cream with a crunch bar mixed in. It was so good, and I really think Sean liked it. After our ice cream we went to a few beach stores that were around, and then we went back to the outlets to shop around some more. We went back to Fossil and Sean bought his dad a wallet and bought me a heart and key keychain. It was very sweet of him. I bought a pill case and a new wallet. Then we went back to Puma and we each bought another Puma shirt. That leaves us with three Puma shirts EACH. Haha. Very cute. Then we went back to the room and took a walk on the beach.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Sean was a little worried, but I really think it was his favorite time to go to the beach. There were fireworks, and the ocean was beautiful. Everything was lit up. It was gorgeous.

------------------------------------------
Friday

Friday was a sad day since it was our last day at the beach this year. We woke up, got ready as quick as we could, went to the beach and took as many pictures as we could.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

After awhile we went back up to the pool and cooled off a bit. Then we got our showers so that we could leave when everyone got back to the room. Sean and I took my car to EB Games and bought some video games, and then we met everyone at Broadway at the Beach. We walked around the stores, and then we went to the Yamato Japanese Steak House for our reservation. It was really neat.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

A lot better than the one in Alabama. Our cook was really funny and nice. I got Chicken and Shrimp and Sean got Filet Mignon and Shrimp. The shrimp was a little charcoal flavored, but the dip made it better. After our dinner, Sean and I stayed at Broadway and walked around. We went to a jewelry store so that I could buy a charm for my braclet, it's a seashell. Then we went to Yankee Candle and Sean and I bought two Ocean Water scented candles to remember the beach :(. We walked some more and I bought a decal for my car window. It's pink and it's hot. I loves it. Then we headed back to the room and since it was before 11PM, Sean and I hopped in the hot tub one last time. Went up to the room, watched Waiting and then went to sleep.

------------------------------------------
Saturday

We woke up around 8AM, packed up the cars, then headed back to West Virginia. While my dad and grandma dropped the keys off to the realator, we all went to Wings for some last minute shopping. I bought a tee-shirt and a key chain. Then we got Krispy Kreme for the 3rd time this week and rode in a car for 12 hours.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

We made it home around 11PM. It was a really great vacation, and I hope everyone had fun. I can't wait til next time.
