tanning lotion: good or bad?

Jergens Natural Glow Lotion: Good or Bad?
By Ashley M. Adkins

I guess that question depends on how well you know to put the lotion on and how long you've been doing it. I've been using this lotion instead of going out to tan in the cancer beds. Tanning beds never worked well for me. I have pale skin, not albino or fair skin, just pale. Well, I guess really it would be normal skin if every teenage girl/guy didn't blow the money they had to darken their skin or raise their risk for cancer. So yea, Jergens Natural Glow is good in the way that you're saving money and your own health.

Anyway, the point is I didn't want to tan in a tanning bed for Prom because they don't work on my skin, so I thought I'd try this lotion thing. I was beginning to doubt that it was even working until today I saw what HAPPENED! It's very noticeable.

That is me punching my Jergens lotion.

In conclusion, hopefully it will wash off in a few days and I'll just do better!
